Da Nang College and the Korea University of Technology and Education (KOREATECH) have agreed on a training partnership, Báo Đà Nẵng reported on October 24. The two sides agreed the content and timing during a visit by a KOREATECH delegation, and the technology programmes for Da Nang College students are due to begin in January 2027.

The report says the cooperation covers four courses for students: web, Python programming, Excel and graphic design. It also includes a Vietnam–Korea cultural exchange between students of both schools. Seo Heekang, deputy director of KOREATECH's Volunteer Center, represented the visitors, and Acting Rector Vũ Thị Phương Anh welcomed them.

Da Nang College also asked for help building curricula, teaching equipment, Korean-language training and cultural exchanges. The two sides discussed study tours for lecturers and links with Korean companies so lecturers can do internships there.

The report doesn't give a signing date, the number of students or the length of the courses.

Why it matters: Students at the college are due to get Korean-supported technology training from early next year.
