Land-plot prices in Da Nang fell in the third quarter of 2026, Dân trí reported on October 24, citing a quarterly market report by DKRA Consulting. The figures cover the third quarter compared with the previous quarter and apply to the plots tracked in the report, not to the whole city's land market.
According to the report, prices for plots sold directly by developers fell about 7% from the second quarter, and resale prices fell an average of 3%. Developers offered 1,547 plots from seven projects, and only 54 were sold, about 4% of supply and 16% fewer than in the previous quarter.
Dân trí says DKRA blames high interest rates that make buyers cautious, tighter control of real-estate credit and weak cash flow among leveraged investors, some of whom cut prices. DKRA expects 50 to 100 new plots in Da Nang in the fourth quarter and says most developers are keeping payment-schedule discounts.
Why it matters: The data point to a thin market where buyers hold the advantage, but they cover tracked projects in one quarter only.
