Da Nang has handled all 1,313 cases of land-use term violations, city authorities said at a press briefing on October 23, Tuổi Trẻ reported.

Other figures from the briefing on land and projects: 16 of 16 plans to re-determine land prices are complete; all 13 projects on the Sơn Trà peninsula have been reviewed; financial obligations were settled for 213 secondary investors; and 660 of 669 projects and plots that were slow to be used have been inspected. Four batches totalling 356 projects have been approved for special land policies under Resolution 29 and Decree 147.

The 181-hectare Đa Phước international urban project has been approved to adjust its investment policy, taking its capital to more than 54.8 trillion dong. Hải Châu ward has also gathered public comment on a detailed-plan adjustment covering about 1.7 million square metres.

Next, the city will process 145 remaining projects, finalise a supplementary list and propose adding five more projects under Resolution 29. The report gives no direct quotes, and some of its figures (two separate "206" counts for stalled projects) are not fully explained, so we have left them out.
