The Da Nang Land Fund Development Center reviewed short-term lease applications for three surplus public properties on the morning of October 23, Hội An Radio and Television reported. The session, round 04.T9.2026, was held at the center's Area 7 branch.
Two of the sites are in Hội An ward: the former office of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the former office of the Urban Management Department. Two bidders won leases on those, the report says. The third property is Campus 2 of Cẩm Hà Kindergarten in Hội An Tây ward, and the report does not say whether it found a tenant.
The leases run 60 months and allow commercial and service uses. The report gives no street addresses, rents or the winners' names.
