Da Nang's land fund center is offering 17 buildings and plots in Hòa Tiến and Bà Nà communes for short-term lease, according to a notice reported by Báo Đà Nẵng on October 16. The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center manages the sites, and each lease would run 60 months.
Nine of the sites are in Hòa Tiến, including former kindergartens in Phú Sơn Nam, Phước Sơn, Gò Hà and Hương Lam, cultural houses in Phú Sơn Nam, Phước Sơn and Thôn 5, and education land in Nam Sơn. Eight are in Bà Nà, among them the Hòa Khương Primary School site, the former Hòa Nhơn kindergarten, the Bà Nà–Núi Chúa Forest Ranger office and a former cooperative building.
Tenants can use the sites for education, health, sports and commercial services such as food and drink, ornamental plants or showrooms. Small non-agricultural workshops, warehouses, vehicle parking and seedling or flower nurseries are also allowed. Accommodation and housing are excluded.
The report does not give rents, the selection method, application deadlines or contact details, so anyone interested will need to ask the center directly.
