Thăng Phú commune held a dialogue between its People's Committee chairman, Đoàn Thiện Ngọc Vũ, and young residents on the morning of October 18, Báo Đà Nẵng reported.

Young people raised digital-skills training and the use of artificial intelligence, career guidance and local job creation, and policy loans for startups and business expansion. They also asked for cultural and sports spaces and for better working conditions and allowances for village Youth Union secretaries.

Vũ assigned the commune's culture and society office and its economy office to survey vocational-training needs, support digital transformation and advise on procedures for starting businesses. He asked the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to keep offering young people preferential loans, and tasked the commune Youth Union with turning the discussion into an action plan and setting up a youth club focused on economic development.

The report does not give the venue or attendance, and it does not say whether any money or date was attached to the commitments, including the village secretaries' allowances.
