Nine top scorers from the university's member institutions received 10 million dong each. Nine students admitted directly in 2026 received 6 million dong each, and 32 students with outstanding results in 2025-2026 received 3 million dong each.
Sixty "Nâng bước sinh viên" (Stepping Up for Students) scholarships of 5 million dong went to students and new students who did well despite difficult circumstances.
City Party Committee deputy secretary Ngô Xuân Thắng and university director Nguyễn Ngọc Vũ presented the awards to the top scorers. Deputy director Nguyễn Mạnh Toàn spoke at the ceremony.
