Da Nang's Department of Construction has suspended new motorcycle driver-training enrolment at Da Nang College for two months, Báo Đà Nẵng reported on 2 November.

The suspension runs from 23 October to 23 December 2026. It follows an administrative penalty decision signed by the department's director against the college and was announced in a notice from the department. Báo Đà Nẵng's report does not say what violation led to the penalty.

During the suspension the college may not open new motorcycle training classes. Courses that enrolled students before 23 October continue as planned under the rules.

The college must publish the suspension on its website and at its training site, and report back within three days of the suspension ending. The department's transport and road safety division will monitor compliance. The college's headquarters are on Tô Hiến Thành Street in An Hải ward, and its motorcycle training site is on Huỳnh Thúc Kháng Street in Tam Kỳ ward.

Anyone planning to sign up for a motorcycle licence course there should check with the college or choose another accredited centre until the suspension ends.
