Da Nang has been ranked seventh on Skyscanner's Trending Destinations 2027 list, according to Dân Trí, which cites an announcement by the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center.
The list comes from Skyscanner's Travel Trends 2027 report and ranks 10 destinations by growth in interest. Skyscanner measured the rise in round-trip flight searches between 1 January and 17 June, compared with the same period in 2025, and combined that with an assessment of each destination's appeal. Searches for Da Nang rose 68 percent, Dân Trí reports.
The report says the city also appears in Lonely Planet's Best in Travel 2027 list and among Priceline's 10 destinations to visit next year. Some coverage describes Da Nang as the only Southeast Asian destination in Skyscanner's top 10, but other summaries of the same report list another Vietnamese destination, so Danang Voice has not repeated that claim.
A ranking based on flight searches measures interest, not bookings or arrivals.
