Hội An Tây ward has opened a public hotline for complaints and suggestions about tourism, Báo Đà Nẵng reports. The ward People's Committee says residents and visitors can use it to report problems with culture, business services and tourism in the area.
Two numbers take calls or Zalo messages: 0935 778 495, held by Nguyễn Minh Trung, deputy head of the ward's Culture and Social Affairs office, and 0905 137 592, held by Ngô Nguyên Thọ, director of the ward's public service centre. Feedback can also be sent through the "Phản ánh - kiến nghị" section of the ward's "Phường Hội An Tây" page on the TAMMI app.
The ward lists the kinds of complaints it wants to hear about. They include touts who pester or compete for customers, rude behaviour, prices that differ from the posted price, unofficial parking and street vending, litter and disorder at sights, and signs, advertising, sound and lighting that may break the rules.
The committee asks people to say what happened, when and where, to name the business or person involved, and to attach photos, video or receipts if they have them. The Culture and Social Affairs office and the public service centre will sort each report and check it. Anything that belongs to another agency is passed on, and the person who complained is told the result if they left contact details.
The ward also asks agencies, residential groups and businesses to display the contact channels where they serve the public. It says personal details of people who report are used only to receive, verify and resolve the complaint.
