Da Nang's startup center signs a real-estate and blockchain MOU with FUTA Land; Solana Foundation attends but isn't named as a signatory
The city's innovation center and the real estate arm of Phuong Trang–FUTA Group signed a memorandum on October 12 that includes research into blockchain for property management. A Solana Foundation representative was there. The agreement has no published financial terms.

Da Nang will spend more than 7.7 billion dong in 2026–2027 to track visitor density on the island biosphere reserve with 15 AI cameras and move ticketing to QR codes.
