Da Nang's Department of Construction has told organisations that deal in housing and property to set up accounts on the national real estate market database and bring their records up to date. Baodanang.vn reported the instruction on 30 October, citing Official Dispatch No. 20030/SXD-QLN.

Units that already hold accounts on the ministry's system at thongtinbds.moc.gov.vn must collect, update and standardise their data. Units without accounts must send the department the names of a responsible leader and data-entry staff by 5 November 2026 to receive access.

Businesses that once reported to the system but no longer have an account can contact the department's housing and real estate market management division for guidance.

The dispatch also asks units to review, count, digitise and standardise data created before Decree No. 357/2025/NĐ-CP takes effect, so the full history is uploaded. The report does not give an effective date for that decree.

Baodanang.vn notes the penalties in Decree No. 339/2026/NĐ-CP, dated 26 August 2026. An organisation that fails to provide data, or provides inaccurate or incomplete data, can face a fine of 800 million to 1 billion dong and a suspension of real estate business for three to six months.
