Da Nang has opened registration for a school programme called "Đại sứ An toàn số học đường" (Digital Safety Ambassadors), Báo Đà Nẵng reports. It is run by the city police with the Department of Education and Training and the Da Nang Digital Trust Club.

Students at lower and upper secondary schools in the city can sign up between October 25 and November 25, 2026. Each participant must produce at least one online-safety product or activity, such as a short video, poster, infographic, article or personal story. Entries are shared on suitable social media or school channels.

Participants can join training sessions and exchanges with experts and the Digital Trust community. They may also be put forward as ambassadors for the national "Không một mình" ("Not alone") campaign, whose 2026 message is "Kết nối không tổn thương" ("Connection without harm"). Registration is through an online form published by the organisers.
