EchoGreen Co., Ltd, a company based in Hương Trà ward, Da Nang, won third prize in the Green Agriculture Model group of the "Green Agriculture and ESG Innovation Vietnam 2026" contest, Báo Đà Nẵng reports. The final and awards ceremony took place in Hanoi on October 25.
Its winning project, "Lưới xanh – Tái sinh từ biển xanh" ("Green Net – Reborn from the Blue Sea"), collects and processes discarded fishing nets from aquaculture and turns them into products such as reusable bags. Recycled goods are sold under the "Túi Yêu Thương" brand. The company says the model links fisheries, recycling and agriculture and is meant to create work for women and disadvantaged people.
The contest drew 116 entries, 105 in the green-agriculture strand and 11 in the ESG strand. Judges picked 16 finalist teams. Chief executive Huỳnh Thị Tường Vy received the award, according to the photo caption.
The report says the company sees the prize as recognition of its circular-economy model and expects it to help find partners, widen its market and move recycled material into production. It gives no prize money.
