Da Nang has allocated the final batch of land for a low-income housing project in the Điện Nam–Điện Ngọc new urban area, CafeF reported on October 26. The city People's Committee's Decision 4831/QĐ-UBND, dated October 21, allocates and leases the land to Công ty TNHH Bất động sản Châu Âu in Điện Bàn Đông ward.

The batch covers 1,499.5 square metres: 1,369.0 square metres of urban residential land that carries land-use fees, and 130.5 square metres of public-use land allocated without fees. With it, the investor has been allocated 73,876.0 square metres in total. An earlier decision, 3751/QĐ-UBND of August 21, approved continuing the allocation.

CafeF says the project is under the special mechanism in National Assembly Resolution 170/2024/QH15 for such housing. The report does not give the number of homes, prices or a completion date, so it is unclear when buyers or renters could expect to move in.
