Three road projects in southern Da Nang are still waiting on land handovers, and the city has set a November deadline for most sites, according to Báo Đà Nẵng. Deputy Chairman Trần Nam Hưng inspected them on the morning of October 30 in Bàn Thạch ward and Tam Anh and Núi Thành communes.

The widest gap is on the 5.74 km road to Tam Thăng Industrial Park, a 230 billion dong project. About 4.55 km is built, but 44 files along a 1.19 km stretch in Bàn Thạch are still not handed over. The paper says the project has been extended four times.

The Tam Hòa main road (4.8 km, 646 billion dong) has finished the main span of Trường Giang Bridge and the full deck of Sông Chợ Bridge, with 54 residential files still open. On Coastal Road 129 (Võ Chí Công), Component 1, about 95% of the 26.5 km route is handed over, leaving 96 files.

Hưng told localities to finish compensation and resettlement paperwork, with plans approved by November 6. Most sites should be cleared by November 30 and the hardest cases by December 31, so traffic keeps moving before Tết. The paper reports that households that stay unresponsive after persuasion may face enforced clearance under the rules.
