Da Nang's Department of Construction has opened registration for 104 social housing units at the An Hoa Sunhome project, Bao Da Nang reports. Applications run from 2 December 2026 to 5 January 2027.
The units are in building SH2 and priced at VND6,381,708 per square metre. That figure includes 5 percent VAT but not the floor coefficient or the maintenance fund.
This round is for households and individuals being relocated from three degraded apartment complexes on public land: Thuan Phuoc, Lam Dac San Hoa Cuong and Hoa Minh. The announcement lists no other eligibility criteria.
Applications are taken Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays and Tet, from 8.30am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 4.30pm. They go to the project management board office on Tran Thanh Tong Street in Son Tra ward.
The investor is Sun Group Corporation (Cong ty Co phan Tap doan Mat Troi). Applicants are told to contact the developer directly for guidance, and the article gives no phone number or email.
