Da Nang registered 5,032 new enterprises in the first 10 months of 2026, with total registered capital of about VND36.1 trillion, according to a Báo Đà Nẵng infographic published on 3 November.
The infographic says both domestic and foreign investment capital rose fairly strongly over the period, but it gives no figures for either. It also gives no year-on-year comparison and no data on businesses that closed, so the numbers alone cannot show whether the city's business base grew overall.
The paper's separate 10-month economic report on 2 November described the city's economy as showing many positive signals. Readers wanting the underlying registration data should look to the city's Department of Finance, which handles business registration.
Danang Voice will report year-on-year figures and closures when they are published.
