City approves 147.8 billion VND resettlement area at Điện Bàn Tây for high-speed rail

The chairman of Da Nang's People's Committee has approved a resettlement area for the North–South high-speed railway in Điện Bàn Tây commune, according to the city portal's summary of October 26 directives. It is listed as Subproject 6 under Decision 4901/QĐ-UBND.

The site covers about 87,806.95 square metres, or roughly 8.8 hectares. Total investment is over 147.8 billion VND, and the schedule runs from 2026 to 2029.

The works include site levelling, roads, stormwater and wastewater drainage, a wastewater treatment plant, water supply, power, street lighting and technical trenches. A green park is also planned, all in line with the approved 1/500 detailed plan. The summary does not say how many households the area will house or when allocation will begin.
